Meet Mrs. West Virginia International 2013
Julie Warden resides in Kenna, WV with her husband Lowell and their 8 animals! She works as the Regional Director of Career Management, Social Media, PR & Branding for Vandalia Consulting, a company owning junior colleges across West Virginia, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
As Mrs. West Virginia International, Julie will spend her year promoting The Arthritis Foundation. She has been selected as the 2013 Honoree for the Foundation's largest fundraiser in the state, the Jingle Bell Run, serves on the Advisory Board and plans to travel the state promoting awareness, support and fundraising for research. Julie believes in the mission to help the over 523,000 including over 1,600 children affected by arthritis in West Virginia.
In addition to the Arthritis Foundation, Julie firmly believes in promoting healthcare awareness in West Virginia. She is a member of the Board of Directors for the Alzheimer's Association West Virginia Chapter.
Julie is also a member of the Leadership WV Class of 2013, an advocate for higher education and primary / secondary education reform in West Virginia, a Read Aloud WV Volunteer and a volunteer for the Jackson County Animal Shelter. Additionally, she writes highlight articles for the Woods Extreme Cross Country Racing Series.
